Clark Botanic Garden is a beautifully designed, easily walked 12-acre living museum with a variety of trees, shrubs, and garden plants chosen for their beauty, adaptability, and commercial availability. Specialty gardens feature roses/ herbs, daylilies, rock garden plants, iris, dwarf evergreens, shade plantings, butterfly gardens, winter gardens, small flowering trees, and early and late-flowering shrubs, and spring bulbs. Set among three brook-fed ponds linked by sweeping lawns and gracefully curving paths, these ever-changing gardens, with their, backdrop of majestic shade trees offer visual delight at any time of year.

Clark Botanic Garden is also a center for horticultural and botanical information where you can gain a better understanding of gardening, plants, and their importance to our environment. Young or old - novice or expert gardener - the Garden is a great place to learn about landscaping and gardening ideas. Each year, thousands of school children attend our classes and learn about Ponds, Trees, Terrariums, Life of a Plant, Bees, and Butterflies," and enjoy a tour of the Garden. Adult programs include Horticultural and Botanical Bus Trips, Fireside Lectures, Floral Arranging, Bridge/Card Party events, the Spring Plant Sale, Lawn Concerts, Spooky Walk, and a Celebration of Winter Holiday Traditions.
